Not my favorite card but I do like these colors together.  I used Faux Ribbon and Polka Dot Basics.

Over the Rainbow with PTI

The challenge is to make a card or project using Pure Poppy, Summer Sunrise, Ocen Tides, and Ripe Avocado.  I have so many Valentine's cards to make I decided to combine the two.  Enjoy!
